- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must not be removed
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 5 working days of delivery

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to approval.

- Items showing signs of use or washing
- Products returned after 5 working days
